Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Notice

- A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- Your electronic or physical signature.
If you give notice of copyright infringement by e-mail, an agent may begin investigating the alleged copyright infringement; however, we must receive your signed statement by mail or as an attachment to your e-mail before we are required to take any action.
California 55 Plus may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event California 55 Plus removes the allegedly infringing materials, California 55 Plus will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that California 55 Plus removed or disabled access to the materials. California 55 Plus may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
